About the author:

I graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and began my career as an ICU nurse at Duke University Hospital in 2017. I worked in five different types of ICUs at Duke. In 2019, I began travel nursing. Since then, I have staffed ICUs in Houston, Seattle, Palm Springs, and Flagstaff. I have been lucky enough to work with incredible medical teams at the best hospitals. It is my hope that I can use these experiences to help patients and their families through some of the toughest moments in their lives.
